This opportunity would be of interest to a professional ERB Registered Engineer with a minimum of 15 years’ experience on all aspects of conceptual and detailed design, construction and contract management of major water supply and sanitation projects in Botswana and other countries in Africa. Dealing with multiple stakeholders, delivering to deadlines and solving complex problems. The successful incumbent may serve as a Technical Specialist, Project Leader, or Senior Engineer for the company.
 

These positions require a hands-on larger-than-life individual with strong leadership skills who is able to confidently and appropriately assert himself/herself, is emotionally intelligent, makes prudent decisions and effectively solve problems. A good appreciation of conducting an engineering consultancy business in the current and foreseeable markets is a strong prerequisite. The ideal candidate will be expected to manage & supervise staff, resolve conflict, have a working knowledge of contract law and financial reporting, deliver to deadlines in a high-pressure working environment; and maintain quality and ISO standards and procedures. These roles will involve international travel.
